## SEC. 406 RESTORATION OF PRIOR REPORTING FEE MULTIPLIERS **[**[38 U.S.C. 3684 note](/us/usc/t38/s3684)**]** During the period beginning on the date of the enactment of this Act and ending on the day before the date of the enactment of the Jeff Miller and Richard Blumenthal Veterans Health Care and Benefits Improvement Act of 2016, the second sentence of section 3684(c) shall be applied— ####
(1)by substituting “$9” for “$12”; and ####
(2)by substituting “$13” for “$15”.
