## Sec. 150 ###
(a)Amounts made available by section 101 for “Department of Homeland Security—United States Secret Service—Salaries and Expenses” shall be obligated at a rate for operations necessary for Presidential candidate nominee protection. ###
(b)The Secretary of Homeland Security shall notify the Committees on Appropriations of the House of Representatives and the Senate on each use of the authority provided in this section.
