## SEC. 601 SHORT TITLE.1 **[**[16 U.S.C. 6201 note](/us/usc/t16/s6201)**]** This title may be cited as the “Cabin User Fee Fairness Act of 2000”. 1Section 3024(k) of division B of Public Law 113–291 provides:

(k)Repeal of Cabin User Fee Fairness Act of 2000.—Effective on the date of the assessment of annual permit fees in accordance with subsection

(f)(as certified to Congress by the Secretary), the Cabin User Fee Fairness Act of 2000 (16 U.S.C. 6201 et seq.) is repealed.
