## Sec. 460 CIVIL ACTIONS TO ENFORCE SUPPORT OBLIGATIONS **[**[42 U.S.C. 660](/us/usc/t42/s660)**]** The district courts of the United States shall have jurisdiction, without regard to any amount in controversy, to hear and determine any civil action certified by the Secretary of Health and Human Services under section 452(a)(8) of this Act. A civil action under this section may be brought in any judicial district in which the claim arose, the plaintiff resides, or the defendant resides. **[**Sections 461 and 462 repealed by section 362(b)(1) of Public Law 104–193, Enacted August 22, 1996.**]**
