## SEC. 706 EXEMPTION **[**[16 U.S.C. 5705](/us/usc/t16/s5705)**]** Chapter 10 of title 5, United States Code, shall not apply to the Panel, the Yukon River Joint Technical Committee, or the Advisory Committee created under section 705 of this title.
