## SEC. 9008 NONINSURED CROP ASSISTANCE PROGRAM For States in which there is a shortage of claims adjustors, as determined by the Secretary, the Secretary shall permit the use of one claims adjustor certified by the Secretary in carrying out 7 CFR 1437.401.
