## SEC. 701 TECHNICAL AMENDMENTS TO THE CENTRAL INTELLIGENCE AGENCY ACT OF 1949 Section 21 of the Central Intelligence Agency Act of 1949 (50 U.S.C. 3521) is amended— ####

(1)in subsection (b)(1)(D), by striking “section (a)” and inserting “subsection (a)”; and ####

(2)in subsection (c)(2)(E), by striking “provider.” and inserting “provider”.
