## SEC. 506 APPROPRIATE COMMITTEES OF CONGRESS DEFINED In this title, the term “appropriate committees of Congress” means— ####

(1)the congressional intelligence committees; ####

(2)the Committee on Armed Services and the Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs of the Senate; and ####
