## Sec. 1216 uniform application of standards and rates **[**[22 U.S.C. 3656](/us/usc/t22/s3656)**]** The standards established pursuant to section 1213 of this Act and the rates of basic pay established pursuant to section 1202 of the Act shall be applied without regard to whether the employee or individual concerned is a citizen of the United States or a citizen of the Republic of Panama.
