## SEC. 151 AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS FOR ADMINISTRATION There are authorized to be appropriated for the administration of the NTIA $17,600,000 for fiscal year 1992 and $17,900,000 for fiscal year 1993, and such sums as may be necessary for increases resulting from adjustments in salary, pay, retirement, other employee benefits required by law, and other nondiscretionary costs.
