## SEC. 310B ROLE OF THE SECRETARY OF STATE IN FOREIGN POLICY GUIDANCE **[**[22 U.S.C. 6209b](/us/usc/t22/s6209b)**]** To assist the Agency in carrying out its functions, the Chief Executive Officer shall regularly consult with and seek from the Secretary of State guidance on foreign policy issues.
