(d)Registration **[**[49 U.S.C. 5108 note](/us/usc/t49/s5108)**]** As soon as practicable, the Administrator of the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration shall transmit to the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration hazardous material registrant information obtained before, on, or after the date of enactment of this Act under section 5108 of title 49, United States Code, together with any Department of Transportation identification number for each registrant. * * * * * * *
