## SEC. 3040 OBLIGATION CEILING Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the total of all obligations from amounts made available from the Mass Transit Account of the Highway Trust Fund by, and amounts appropriated under, subsections
(a)through
(f)of section 5338 of title 49, United States Code, shall not exceed— ####
(1)$7,646,336,000 for fiscal year 2005, of which not more than $6,690,544,000 shall be from the Mass Transit Account; ####
(2)$8,622,931,000 for fiscal year 2006, of which not more than $6,979,931,000 shall be from the Mass Transit Account; ####
(3)$8,974,775,000 for fiscal year 2007, of which not more than $7,262,775,000 shall be from the Mass Transit Account; ####
(4)$9,730,893,000 for fiscal year 2008, of which not more than $7,872,893,000 shall be from the Mass Transit Account; ####
(5)$10,338,065,000 for fiscal year 2009, of which not more than $8,360,565,000 shall be from the Mass Transit Account; ####
(6)$10,507,752,000 for fiscal year 2010, of which not more than $8,360,565,000 shall be from the Mass Transit Account; ####
(7)$10,507,752,000 for fiscal year 2011, of which not more than $8,360,565,000 shall be from the Mass Transit Account; and ####
(8)$10,458,278,000 for fiscal year 2012, of which not more than $8,360,565,000 shall be from the Mass Transit Account.
