## SEC. 1963 APOLLO THEATER LEASES Notwithstanding the Public Works and Economic Development Act of 1965 (42 U.S.C. 3121 et seq.), or any other provision of law, the Economic Development Administration shall, in order to facilitate the further financing of the project, approve, without compensation to the agency, a series of leases of the Apollo Theater, located in Harlem, New York, to be improved by Economic Development Administration project numbers 01–01–7308 and 01–01–07552.
