## SEC. 1913 BRIDGE CONSTRUCTION, NORTH DAKOTA Notwithstanding any other provision of law, and regardless of the source of Federal funds, the Federal share of the eligible costs of construction of a bridge between Bismarck, North Dakota, and Mandan, North Dakota, shall be 90 percent.
