(d)Authorization of Appropriations There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out, in accordance with title 23, United States Code, projects on corridors identified in section 1105(c) of the Intermodal Surface Transportation Efficiency Act of 1991 (105 Stat. 2032) such sums as may be necessary. **[**Sections 1305 and 1306 were repealed by section 1519(b)(2) of division A of Public Law 112–141.**]**
