## SEC. 10310 AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS There are authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary to carry out this subtitle, chapter 301 of title 49, and part C of subtitle VI of title 49, United States Code— ####
(1)$136,000,000 for fiscal year 2006; ####
(2)$142,800,000 for fiscal year 2007; ####
(3)$149,900,000 for fiscal year 2008; and ####
