## SEC. 10306 STUDY OF SAFETY BELT USE TECHNOLOGIES The Secretary shall conduct a review of safety belt use technologies to consider possible revisions in strategies for achieving further gains in safety belt use. The Secretary shall complete the study by July 1, 2008.
