## SEC. 991 NATIONAL LABORATORY DESIGNATION **[**[42 U.S.C. 16355](/us/usc/t42/s16355)**]** After the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary shall not designate a facility that is not listed in section 2(3) as a National Laboratory.
