## SEC. 810 DISCLOSURE **[**[42 U.S.C. 16159](/us/usc/t42/s16159)**]** Section 623 of the Energy Policy Act of 1992 (42 U.S.C. 13293) shall apply to any project carried out through a grant, cooperative agreement, or contract under this title.
