## SEC. 796 EFFECT OF SUBTITLE **[**[42 U.S.C. 16136](/us/usc/t42/s16136)**]** Nothing in this subtitle affects any authority under the Clean Air Act (42 U.S.C. 7401 et seq.) in existence on the day before the date of enactment of this Act.
