## SEC. 504 CONSULTATION WITH INDIAN TRIBES **[**[25 U.S.C. 3501 note](/us/usc/t25/s3501)**]** In carrying out this title and the amendments made by this title, the Secretary and the Secretary of the Interior shall, as appropriate and to the maximum extent practicable, involve and consult with Indian tribes.
