## SEC. 346 ALASKA OFFSHORE ROYALTY SUSPENSION Section 8(a)(3)(B) of the Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act (43 U.S.C. 1337(a)(3)(B)) is amended by inserting “and in the Planning Areas offshore Alaska” after “West longitude”.
