## SEC. 246 SMALL HYDROELECTRIC POWER PROJECTS Section 408(a)(6) of the Public Utility Regulatory Policies Act of 1978 (16 U.S.C. 2708(a)(6)) is amended by striking “April 20, 1977” and inserting “July 22, 2005”.
