## SEC. 1822 EFFECT OF ELECTRICAL CONTAMINANTS ON RELIABILITY OF ENERGY PRODUCTION SYSTEMS Not later than 180 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary shall enter into a contract with the National Academy of Sciences under which the National Academy of Sciences shall determine the effect that electrical contaminants (such as tin whiskers) may have on the reliability of energy production systems, including nuclear energy.
