## SEC. 1531 AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS ###
(a)In General Subtitle I of the Solid Waste Disposal Act (42 U.S.C. 6991 et seq.) is amended by adding at the end the following: > > ## “SEC. 9014 AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS > > “There are authorized to be appropriated to the Administrator the following amounts: > > > #### “(1) > > To carry out subtitle I (except sections 9003(h), 9005(c), 9011, and 9012) $50,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2005 through 2009. > > > #### “(2) > > From the Trust Fund, notwithstanding section 9508(c)(1) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986— > > > ##### “(A) > > to carry out section 9003(h) (except section 9003(h)(12)) $200,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2005 through 2009; > > > ##### “(B) > > to carry out section 9003(h)(12), $200,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2005 through 2009; > > > ##### “(C) > > to carry out sections 9003(i), 9004(f), and 9005(c) $100,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2005 through 2009; and > > > ##### “(D) > > to carry out sections 9010, 9011, 9012, and 9013 $55,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2005 through 2009.” > . ###
(b)Table of Contents The table of contents for such subtitle I is amended by adding the following new item at the end thereof:" “Sec. 9014. Authorization of appropriations.* * * * * * *” ".
