## SEC. 1515 WASTE-DERIVED ETHANOL AND BIODIESEL Section 312(f)(1) of the Energy Policy Act of 1992 (42 U.S.C. 13220(f)(1)) is amended— ####

(1)by striking ```biodiesel' means'' and inserting the following: ```biodiesel'— > > ##### “(A) > > means” > ; and ####

(2)in subparagraph

(A)(as designated by paragraph (1)) by striking “ and ” at the end and inserting the following: > > ##### “(B) > > includes biodiesel derived from— > > > ###### “(i) > > animal wastes, including poultry fats and poultry wastes, and other waste materials; or > > > ###### “(ii) > > municipal solid waste and sludges and oils derived from wastewater and the treatment of wastewater; and” > .
