## Sec. 809 compensation for disability or death **[**[22 U.S.C. 1475d](/us/usc/t22/s1475d)**]** A cultural exchange, international fair or exposition, or other exhibit or demonstration of United States economic accomplishments and cultural attainments, provided for under this Act or the Mutual Educational and Cultural Exchange Act of 1961 shall not be considered a “public work” as that term is defined in the first section of the Act of August 16, 1941 (42 U.S.C. 1651; commonly known as the “Defense Base Act”).
