## Sec. 703 authorization for grants to radio free europe and radio liberty **[**[22 U.S.C. 1477a](/us/usc/t22/s1477a)**]** There are authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary of State $38,520,000 for fiscal year 1973 to provide grants, under such terms and conditions as the Secretary considers appropriate, to Radio Free Europe and Radio Liberty. There are further authorized to be appropriated in fiscal year 1973 not to exceed $1,150,000 for nondiscretionary costs. Except for funds appropriated pursuant to this section, no funds appropriated after the date of this Act may be made available to or for the use of Radio Free Europe or Radio Liberty in fiscal year 1973. **[**Section 704 repealed by section 1336(1) of Public Law 105–277 (112 Stat. 2681–???.**]**
