## Sec. 6 **[**2673**]** The provisions of section 8 of the United Nations Participation Act of 1945, as amended (22 U.S.C. 287e), and regulations thereunder, applicable to expenses incurred pursuant to that Act, may be applicable to the obligation and expenditure of funds in connection with United States participation in the International Civil Aviation Organization.
