## SEC. 21 TREATMENT OF FLOODPROOFED RESIDENTIAL BASEMENTS **[**[42 U.S.C. 4012a note](/us/usc/t42/s4012a)**]** The Administrator shall continue to extend exceptions and variances for flood-proofed basements consistent with section 60.6 of title 44, Code of Federal Regulations, which are effective April 3, 2009; and section 60.3 of such title, which are effective April 3, 2009.
