## SEC. 8101 STATE-WIDE ASSESSMENT AND STRATEGIES FOR FOREST RESOURCES Section 2A of the Cooperative Forestry Assistance Act of 1978 (16 U.S.C. 2101a) is amended— ####

(1)in subsection (c)— #####

(A)in paragraph (4), by striking “and”; #####

(B)by redesignating paragraph

(5)as paragraph (6); and #####

(C)by inserting after paragraph

(4)the following new paragraph: > > #### “(5) > > as feasible, appropriate military installations where the voluntary participation and management of private or State-owned or other public forestland is able to support, promote, and contribute to the missions of such installations; and” > ; and ####
