## SEC. 7504 AGRICULTURAL BIOSECURITY GRANT PROGRAM Section 14122(e) of the Food, Conservation, and Energy Act of 2008 (7 U.S.C. 8922(e)) is amended— ####

(1)by striking “sums as are necessary”; and ####

(2)by striking “ section ” and all that follows and inserting the following: > “section— > > > #### “(1) > > such sums as are necessary for each of fiscal years 2008 through 2013, to remain available until expended; and > > > #### “(2) > > $5,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2014 through 2018, to remain available until expended.” > . ### PART II MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS
