## SEC. 7502 ASSISTANCE TO BUILD LOCAL CAPACITY IN AGRICULTURAL BIOSECURITY PLANNING, PREPARATION, AND RESPONSE Section 14113 of the Food, Conservation, and Energy Act of 2008 (7 U.S.C. 8913) is amended— ####
(1)in subsection (a)(2)— #####
(A)by striking “such sums as may be necessary”; and #####
(B)by striking “ subsection ” and all that follows and inserting the following: > “subsection— > > > ##### “(A) > > such sums as are necessary for each of fiscal years 2008 through 2013; and > > > ##### “(B) > > $15,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2014 through 2018.” > ; and ####
(2)in subsection (b)(2), by striking “ is authorized to be appropriated to carry out this subsection ” and all that follows and inserting the following: > “are authorized to be appropriated to carry out this subsection— > > > ##### “(A) > > $25,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2008 through 2013; and > > > ##### “(B) > > $15,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2014 through 2018.” > .
