## SEC. 7205 NATIONAL GENETICS RESOURCES PROGRAM Section 1635(b) of the Food, Agriculture, Conservation, and Trade Act of 1990 (7 U.S.C. 5844(b)) is amended— ####

(1)by striking “such funds as may be necessary”; and ####

(2)by striking “ subtitle ” and all that follows and inserting the following: > “subtitle— > > > #### “(1) > > such sums as are necessary for each of fiscal years 1991 through 2013; and > > > #### “(2) > > $1,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2014 through 2018.” > .
