## SEC. 7124 AQUACULTURE ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS ###

(a)Competitive Grants Section 1475(b) of the National Agricultural Research, Extension, and Teaching Policy Act of 1977 (7 U.S.C. 3322(b)) is amended in the matter preceding paragraph (1), by inserting “competitive” before “grants”. ###

(b)Authorization of Appropriations Section 1477 of the National Agricultural Research, Extension, and Teaching Policy Act of 1977 (7 U.S.C. 3324) is amended to read as follows: > > ## “SEC. 1477 AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS > > > ### “(a) In General > > There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out this subtitle— > > > #### “(1) > > $7,500,000 for each of fiscal years 1991 through 2013; and > > > #### “(2) > > $5,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2014 through 2018. > > > ### “(b) Prohibition on Use > > Funds made available under this section may not be used to acquire or construct a building.” > .
