## SEC. 6011 SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT GRANTS Section 310B(b) of the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act (7 U.S.C. 1932(b)) is amended— ####

(1)by striking “ The Secretary ” and by inserting the following: > > #### “(1) In general > > The Secretary” > ; and ####

(2)by adding at the end the following > > #### “(2) Authorization of appropriations > > There is authorized to be appropriated to carry out this subsection $10,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2014 through 2018.” > .
