## SEC. 5005 DOWN PAYMENT LOAN PROGRAM ###

(a)In General Section 310E(b)(1)(C) of the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act (7 U.S.C. 1935(b)(1)(C)) is amended by striking “$500,000” and inserting “$667,000”. ###

(b)Technical Correction Section 310E(b) of the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act (7 U.S.C. 1935(b)) is amended by striking paragraph
