## SEC. 4021 PERFORMANCE BONUS PAYMENTS Section 16(d) of the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 (7 U.S.C. 2025(d)) is amended by adding at the end the following: > > #### “(5) Use of performance bonus payments > > A State agency may use a performance bonus payment received under this subsection only to carry out the program established under this Act, including investments in— > > > ##### “(A) > > technology; > > > ##### “(B) > > improvements in administration and distribution; and > > > ##### “(C) > > actions to prevent fraud, waste, and abuse.” > .
