## SEC. 3009 PREPOSITIONING OF AGRICULTURAL COMMODITIES Section 407(c)(4) of the Food for Peace Act (7 U.S.C. 1736a(c)(4)) is amended— ####

(1)in subparagraph (A)— #####

(A)by striking “2012” and inserting “2018”; and #####

(B)by striking “for each such fiscal year not more than $10,000,000 of such funds” and inserting “for each of fiscal years 2001 through 2013 not more than $10,000,000 of such funds and for each of fiscal years 2014 through 2018 not more than $15,000,000 of such funds”; and ####

(2)by striking subparagraph

(B)and inserting the following new subparagraph: > > ##### “(B) Additional prepositioning sites > > The Administrator may establish additional sites for prepositioning in foreign countries or change the location of current sites for prepositioning in foreign countries after conducting, and based on the results of, assessments of need, the availability of appropriate technology for long-term storage, feasibility, and cost.” > .
