## SEC. 3001 GENERAL AUTHORITY Section 201 of the Food for Peace Act (7 U.S.C. 1721) is amended— ####
(1)in the matter preceding paragraph (1), by inserting “(to be implemented by the Administrator)” after “under this title”; and ####
(2)by striking paragraph
(7)and the second sentence and inserting the following new paragraph: > > #### “(7) > > build resilience to mitigate and prevent food crises and reduce the future need for emergency aid.” > .
