## SEC. 2502 GRASSROOTS SOURCE WATER PROTECTION PROGRAM Section 1240O(b) of the Food Security Act of 1985 (16 U.S.C. 3839bb-2(b)) is amended to read as follows: > > ### “(b) Funding > > > #### “(1) Authorization of appropriations > > There is authorized to be appropriated to carry out this section $20,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2008 through 2018. > > > #### “(2) Availability of funds > > In addition to funds made available under paragraph (1), of the funds of the Commodity Credit Corporation, the Secretary shall use $5,000,000, to remain available until expended.” > .
