## SEC. 2003 DUTIES OF OWNERS AND OPERATORS ###
(a)Limitation on Harvesting, Grazing, or Commercial Use of Forage Section 1232(a)(8) of the Food Security Act of 1985 (16 U.S.C. 3832(a)(8)) is amended by striking “except that” and all that follows through the semicolon at the end of the paragraph and inserting “except as provided in subsection
(b)or
(c)of section 1233;”. ###
(b)Conservation Plan Requirements Subsection
(b)of section 1232 of the Food Security Act of 1985 (16 U.S.C. 3832) is amended to read as follows: > > ### “(b) Conservation Plans > > The plan referred to in subsection (a)(1) shall set forth— > > > #### “(1) > > the conservation measures and practices to be carried out by the owner or operator during the term of the contract; and > > > #### “(2) > > the commercial use, if any, to be permitted on the land during the term.” > . ###
(c)Rental Payment Reduction Section 1232 of the Food Security Act of 1985 (16 U.S.C. 3832) is amended by striking subsection (d).
