## SEC. 12409 NONCOMPLIANCE Section 712 of the National Oilheat Research Alliance Act of 2000 (42 U.S.C. 6201 note; Public Law 106-469) is amended by adding at the end the following: > > ### “(g) Noncompliance > > If the Alliance, a qualified State association, or any other entity or person violates this title, the Secretary shall— > > > #### “(1) > > notify Congress of the noncompliance; and > > > #### “(2) > > provide notice of the noncompliance on the Alliance website.” > .
