## SEC. 12303 OFFICE OF TRIBAL RELATIONS Title III of the Federal Crop Insurance Reform and Department of Agriculture Reorganization Act of 1994 is amended by adding after section 308 (7 U.S.C. 3125a note; Public Law 103-354) the following new section: > > ## “SEC. 309 OFFICE OF TRIBAL RELATIONS > > **[**[7 U.S.C. 6921](/us/usc/t7/s6921)**]** > > “The Secretary shall maintain in the Office of the Secretary an Office of Tribal Relations, which shall advise the Secretary on policies related to Indian tribes and carry out such other functions as the Secretary considers appropriate.” > .
