## SEC. 10002 REPEAL OF GRANT PROGRAM TO IMPROVE MOVEMENT OF SPECIALTY CROPS **[**[7 U.S.C. 1622c note](/us/usc/t7/s1622c)**]** Effective October 1, 2013, section 10403 of the Food, Conservation, and Energy Act of 2008 (7 U.S.C. 1622c) is repealed.
