## SEC. 11722 TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE Any Federal agency (as defined in section 101 of title 31, United States Code) may provide, at the discretion of the head of the agency, technical assistance to, and training for, personnel of the Government of the District of Columbia. Such assistance shall be limited to assistance that does not interfere with the mission of the agency. The authority provided by this section shall expire three years from the date of enactment of this statute.
