## SEC. 11717 SHORT TITLE OF HOME RULE ACT ###

(a)In General Section 101 of the District of Columbia Self-Government and Governmental Reorganization Act is amended by striking “District of Columbia Self-Government and Governmental Reorganization Act” and inserting “District of Columbia Home Rule Act”. ###

(b)References in Law Any reference in law or regulation to the District of Columbia Self-Government and Governmental Reorganization Act shall be deemed to be a reference to the District of Columbia Home Rule Act. ## CHAPTER 3 EFFECTIVE DATE; GENERAL PROVISIONS
