## SEC. 11405 AUTHORIZATION FOR ISSUANCE OF GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS BY THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA TO FINANCE OR REFUND ITS ACCUMULATED GENERAL FUND DEFICIT Section 461(a) of the District of Columbia Self-Government and Governmental Reorganization Act (DC Code, sec. 47–321(a)) is amended— ####
(1)in paragraph (1), by inserting “to finance or refund the outstanding accumulated operating deficit of the general fund of the District of $500,000,000, existing as of September 30, 1997,” after “existing as of September 30, 1990,”; and ####
(2)in paragraph (2), by inserting “existing as of September 30, 1990” after “operating deficit”. ## Subtitle F District of Columbia Bond Financing Improvements
