## SEC. 11097 SEVERABILITY OF PROVISIONS If any provision of this subtitle, or the application of such provision to any person or circumstances, shall be held invalid, the remainder of this subtitle, or the application of such provision to persons or circumstances other than those as to which it is held invalid, shall not be affected thereby. ## Subtitle B Repealed4 4Section 3(a) of Public Law 106–1 (113 Stat. 3) repealed subtitle B (relating to “Management Reform Plans”). ## Subtitle C Criminal Justice ## CHAPTER 1 CORRECTIONS
